Oppo A7 Pro Max Teaser On Weibo Confirms Record Battery Capacity Alongside 6.78-Inch 1.5K AMOLED Screen And Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 Chipset
According to GSMArena, Oppo has officially confirmed the A7 Pro Max, sharing a teaser on Weibo that validates the 10,000mAh battery capacity that had been leaked the previous week. This is the largest battery Oppo has ever placed in a smartphone.
The phone had earlier appeared on Geekbench, revealing further specifications. The Oppo A7 Pro Max will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and “1.5K” resolution, powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM. The camera system includes a 50MP main sensor, a 2MP secondary rear camera and a 50MP selfie camera. The phone supports 80W wired fast charging.
On the physical side, it measures just 8.47mm thin despite the enormous battery and weighs 226 grams. More teasers are expected in the coming days as the launch approaches.
A 10,000mAh battery in a mid-range phone at 8.47mm thin. If Oppo delivers on the specifications, this may quietly become one of the most practically useful phones of 2026.
