South Africa have officially announced their 15-member squad for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, set to be held in India and Sri Lanka from February 7 to March 8. Taking to X.com, the official handle of the South African men’s cricket team confirmed that Aiden Markram will captain the side. The squad features several first-time T20 World Cup selections, while pace spearhead Kagiso Rabada makes his return after recovering from a rib injury. South Africa will compete in Group D and begin their campaign against Canada on February 9 in Ahmedabad.
