The 2-Week Ceasefire May Isolate Israel Greatly As Priorities Shift Towards Peace Talks And Negotiations In Islamabad
While Pakistan becomes a successful mediator and the real winner in the Middle Eastern ordeal by bringing the US and Iran on the same table in the upcoming Islamabad peace talks and negotiations, Israel is the country that is at ever-increasing risk of becoming isolated.
As ceasefire has been announced, the attention is towards the global oil prices, the stock markets, the metal rates and particularly towards the Strait of Hormuz. Currently, no one is worried about Israel. This puts Israel at increasing risk from Middle East’s powerful factions such as the Houthis, the Hezbollah and Palestine’s Hamas.
Hamas, Houthis and Hezbollah all have the perfect opportunity to carry out attacks with as much intensity as possible as the US has shifted its priority away from its ally in the Middle East. While cities such as Tel Aviv has been in continuous attack, the strategic unity between Hamas, Houthis and Hezbollah could overwhelm Israel further.
This brings hope to the Palestinians. While the systemic genocide is being carried out, attacking the perpetrators at full strength from Lebanon, Palestine and Yemen will not only shift their focus but prompt them towards a historic retreat, effectively breaking their backs.
Already, the conflict in the Middle East has featured the failure of the Iron Dome and how sequential ballistic missile launches from Iran overwhelmed the decorated defence system and rendered it useless and attacking from three different fronts may at least temporarily pause the systemic genocide.
For the sake of the United States, it would be great that Israel remains isolated as the nation might get desperate in an attempt to drag the US back into war for its own sake. In any case, diminishing impact of Israeli control on US politics and foreign policy in both AIPAC lobbies as well as internationally is great for the United States’ independence and freedom to choose its own policies and prioritize its own nation for the sake of the American citizens.
