At the centre of this push is Visit Qatar’s AI Trip Concierge, which builds personalised travel itineraries in over 50 languages, making the destination accessible to a truly global audience. The Hayya platform handles digital visa management for international visitors, simplifying entry before they even board a flight.

At Hamad International Airport, a “Fast Pass” facial recognition service accelerates passenger processing, cutting queue times and creating a smoother arrival experience. Once in the country, the Qatar Lens app allows visitors to photograph landmarks and instantly receive historical and cultural context, while the Qatar Calendar aggregates over 500 annual events. A Visit Qatar Widget available on iOS and Android delivers real-time event updates directly to travellers’ phones.

A unified digital ticketing platform is set to launch by the end of 2026, centralising event bookings across the country.
