According to Mettis Global, Chery Master Pakistan is set to introduce Chery Tiggo 7 PHEV in Pakistan which is a plug-in hybrid that packs a 1.5L turbocharged engine along with an 18.3 kWh battery and dedicated hybrid transmission. It features power up to 342 HP with a torque of 525 Nm. It boasts an acceleration of 0-100 KM/H in 8.4 seconds, though the actual acceleration and the powerful torque’s capability and utility is yet to be tested on challenging roads such as in Karachi.

The statistics do not lie and this brings hope for Pakistani customers as Chery’s Tiggo 7 PHEV is likely going to be a reliable brand for them.
According to Mettis Global, “pricing and booking details are expected to be announced separately on 10th April, while management indicated that early deliveries are being prioritised to pre-empt potential changes in government policy affecting hybrid vehicles.”
